Description

I made these as my first serious attempt to make clothing. The waistband looks a bit unusual as i made a slight mistake but i still think this adds a nice unique stylish touch.

Crepe de chine, satin, interfacing

I LOVE THESE! Awesome fabric matching and detail. Love the buttons. Love the contrast stitching down the bottom. Very ambitious for a first project!

    nightgown to dress to shirt...

I love that you used a fabric that seems like it would usually be reserved for tops and dresses and used it for shorts!

way too busy for loads of sewing

If this was your first serious sewing project, you should know that lots of experienced seamstresses shy away from bound pockets (I used too, but now I'm hooked). So it's quite an achievement. I'm looking forward to what you'll come up with next!
