Ha hahhh - my Nichola pants from the sew along are now complete! I haven't worn slim fitting pants for years and was a little apprehensive, but I can still ride my bike in them so I'm happy. I chose black drill just as a cheap and straightforward option to test out the pattern. I made plain belt carriers, instead of using buttons. I took the leg side seams and the inner leg seams in 3/8" and then took them in an additional 3/8" below my bottom. I decided to be honest in the photos and just grabbed my shirt and pants from half way down the clothes pile on my chair. Once complete, I don't plan on bringing an iron anywhere near my creations. Pressing's fine, but ironing sucks!
