Floral Anda

#7969 Product of Burda (39207) (9802)
Size_chart

Description

Easy peasy Anda! I didn't even include the elastic casing, just used a belt to cinch the waist. Since the dress was so simple, I figured that it was the perfect way to showcase a busy floral print like this one. I wanted to use a fabric with nice drape, so chose this polyester spandex knit because it worked with my budget. Only problem is, it doesn't breath well which isn't too pleasant on a hot day! (Next time, I'll use an all natural fabric that breathes and is more eco-friendly.) Overall though, very happy with the fit and simplicity of the project.

Materials

Polyester spandex knit.

    finally holidays!

Wow, great fabric for this pattern! You're making me think of something ... I have also some fabric with big print. And just wanted to say that I already recognize a creation of yours by the preview-photo on the creation-list! Great photos! :) You did some alterations, didn't you? The sleeves are cool...

I cannot say I never liked Anda, but now I love it! Goes straight into to-do list. If I find a fabric that is as interesting as your and matches my personality... This one seems to perfectly match yours!
