I looked at the susan blouse and saw potential! The sleeves didn't do it for me, so I didn't do those, and I also omitted the tie at the bottom. I chose the material because the colors (navy/white) went perfectly with the sailor vibe I got from the original design. I love it so much, it turned out even better than I thought it would!
