patchwork summer jumper

Size_chart

Description

I made this sweet lil jumper from scratch, pattern and all. the fabric is cobbled together from my fabric collection, it is mostly cotton with a bit of silk (the cream and yellow striped panel is the silk one). There's also a bit of fabric formerly known as sheets in there.

There's a cute lil kangaroo pocket at center front, and a button at center back. Fully lined yoke. Gathering under the bodice leaves lots of room for boobies and comfort all summer long. Red stripe above the bust repeated at hem. Yay!

In these pictures I'm wearing it over short shorts; it's also cute over jeans or skirt.

Materials

cast-off cotton and silk
