This top is a reconstructed baggy t-shirt that was given to me as a gift from some Harley-loving folks. It comes from the Hollister, CA Harley run. I cut triangles out over the top half of the shirt, attached them behind the neck to create a halter, and added elastinc around the empire waist to make the top more form fitting. I then added bias tape around to triangles for a more finished look. It would be a great bathing suit cover!

Great idea! I have tons of baggy band shirts and I've been looking for ideas to make them more likely to be worn.
