Description

This dress was made from remnant fabric, I decided to make up my own pattern on my homemade dress form, it was very quick to do and great as the fabric was only about £4. I was lucky that I managed to find an old zip reused from another top and some ribbon that I bought about 4 years ago happen to match it quite well, I'm learning to jive so this will be great to dance in!!

Materials

Polyester Satin, silk lining, old pieces of ribbon.

remnant fabric? it looks beautiful, did you drape it or cut pattern out of muslin?

really lovely; I love wearing circle skirts - fills the day with all kinds of swishy goodness. Just don't like hemming 'em.
