My little niece ( she's 10 ) wanted a shirt with holes in it, so I made this one for her. I forgot to measure her armlength so I made the sleeves a bit long and made the possibility to shorten them by pulling the strings. I waited two days before I deared to cut in the holes :) I'm also making a strapless tubetop out of bright yellow, stretch fabric that she can wear underneath.
