Description

I got this fabric from my grandmother, i guess it's very old one, but i notised that it's quite nice, so decided to make a skirt. i have chosen a skirt from Burda WOF 2008/3. number 114. I'm glad with it, even if my mom doesn't like just becouse it's balloon shape:P for it's very interesting pattern even for so strict fabric looking. maybe i failed a little bit with zipper when i decided to insert common zipper instead of invisible. but that not a problem, i'm optimist:)

linen (as it was written), zipper.

    It looks great! Maybe with a good pressing with the iron one wouldn't see the zipper that much. Pressing is priceless!

    At first I wasn't positively impressed by this model... Yours is much more compelling than those in the magazine! Now I want to sew one! Excellent choice of fabric for this pattern.

    Labas, tau labai tinka šitas sijonas, aš irgi svarsčiau apie tokio siuvimą, bet bijau kad labai užpakalį didins;) Anksčiau aš irgi labai vargdavau su nematomų užtrauktukų įsiuvimu, bet radau specialią kojelę siuvimo mašinai- paprasta tokia plasmasinė ir dar prieš įsiuvant užtrauktuką jį palyginu atversdama tą jo užlinkimą, dabar užtrunku max 10 min įsiūti užtrauktuką.
