This is a coat I made in January. It is pretty simple. I made the pattern myself - with some peeking at other patterns. I will upload it in few days. I made a step by step sewing on my blog which one can use as instructions.

You know I love this one! The buttonholes are absolutely perfect!
WOW :) Looks so good! And I guess it is really warm around the neck even if it's windy. I really admire your creativity and your skills. Keep on sewing, Lydia P.S. Very nice and useful blog (for beginners like me ;))
I really love it. I like the neckline, collar and bell sleeves.
I agree w/ above comments, looks fabulous, even with the difficulties posted in the blog. Great job!
beautiful!!! the pleating on the front is very interesting
wow! I love the collar! great that you will upload the pattern!
Great job, I really like the collar and the pleats on the front.
Fantastic! Love the collar and the sleeves. The button holes are a really nice touch. I love it! Can't wait for the pattern!
Beautiful!
I love it! I love the fabric you used in the lining.
I LOOOOOOOOOOVE this coat. I've been drooling over it on your blog for weeks :)
I am in love with those huge buttons! I love the fabric that you used. I love the fun collar!
Looks great, especially to keep out winter winds. The design is very well made and really suits you (I wish I could wear high necked jackets but I look stumpy in them). Nice choice of colours for the lining too!
Hey thanks guys! OfficeBusyBody I liked the coat without the collar too - I think I have an image on my blog. I will make a two collar possibilities in the pattern. I think one can make it in a think summer fabric too.
Your style... Well done.
