Description

A springy blouse with tied puff sleeves, from New Look 6407. (Please ignore the completely dorky look on my face!) And I'm showing a pic of the inside too, because I'm so proud of my finished-looking serging job (the best one I've had with my new toy so far!)

cotton batiste, thread, buttons, interfacing
