Burda pants 7955 (petite) in green, with the simplicity 4020 singlet seriously modified - simplified shoulder seam significantly (ref fashion incubator, and simplification of seams for industrial patternmaking, makes a LOT of sense, so I extended the shoulder into the back to create a simpler seam), removed cap extension, added lining to the top.
