for this creation, i was inspired by an old book of my childhood, where all viking women wore this two-layers skirts, which i found great. So i tried to do something like that, but in a short version! No real how to's is required, as it is quite simple: i simply used the lining pattern for the "upper"-fabric, and didn't seam the sideseams. What i really like with this creation is that it can be changed very easily: of course changing the two fabrics can give it completely different looks ; you can also shorten the upper fabric, or maybe make it thinner, so that it's more obvious what's up with the skirt.
