JJ made with the sew-along. Sorry about the cut-off pic, but I figured I should go ahead and upload it since it sometimes takes me awhile to post my creations! Plus, all the action on this top is in the ruffles and sleeves...

Yellow handkerchief weight linen, buttons from the 80's jumper recon.

I love it in solid color, just like yours! I noticed you didn't use the whole length of ruffles, that is good idea, I found them too long too.
