From the start of the Burdastyle sew along I intended to make 2 blouses. The first one I already showed to you. Now I finished the second one - it was made much more like the original. I first found the idea of a plain blue version boring so I to make the ruffles different colour, but I felt like a clown. So I just left the colours on the collar. Sorry for the threads on the photo - didn't notice them on time. p.s. I just saw after I posted it that at once 41 people, that never saw it, favourited it. So amusing - not really the democratic way though...

Great Job. I love the ruffles, they looked almost pleated, a lot better job than what I did! I really enjoy the blue collar, the buttons and even finishing touch with the skinny belt
i love the colors in the collar and the pleated ruffles! it's really cute!
That looks awesome. Nice job.
every time i see this top i wonder WHY i haven't made one yet... i love the color choice, makes it so sophisticated.
I like your version! I have to say...every time I see this top I wonder why I have not sewn the buttonholes yet. It has been UFO for a month!
Cool ruffles!
I have this pattern on my list to make, too. Your ruffles are sooo well done! Beautiful blouse.
JJ - this version was a UFO for me too - cause I had to flatten this ruffles and it took time... I am afraid I have to flatten them every time I wash it...
Ceregana, I finally ended up tacking my ruffles down. I got tired of them sticking straight out. Thought it looked funny. Otherwise I love my JJ blouse and I like your pleated ruffles alot. Maybe I'll try that if I ever get around to making another one.
That's definetely my next creation. Your's is just perfect. I want mine in soft colours - like japanese prints.
