this is my attempt in copying last winter's dress by Pollini. I drew the pattern at the pattern and sewing school I just started a couple of months ago. It was quite easy to make. I used a fabric that cost me 1 euro a meter, so I didn't worry too much if it wouldn't come out fine, but the fabric is not that bad after all, just a little stiff. The sleeves are somehow twisted and I couldn't figure out how to fix this forward twisting. I have some claustrophobic attacks when I pull it on or take it off, because the top part really fits me like second skin. I've worn it at a vernissage with my Dr.Martens boots instead of the regular boots I'm wearing in the pictures, because I didn't want it to look elegant, I always need a disturbing detail

This dress is pure love :) Very nice!
I want to ask if you would consider sharing the pattern on burdastyle.
I LOVE this. Yes, please share your pattern if you can.
That's amazing! This dress looks so elegant and I love the neckline. I also hope you can share the pattern on burdastyle.
It's beautiful and very stylish, and it suits you so well!!! You really did amazing work. I love it, and I think the stiffness of the fabric adds to it!
I love yours better. One more vote for uploading this pattern.
Wow is this lovely..please please share your pattern! I would pay for a pattern like this...its sooooo nice and you re looking very good in it.
Your dress is gorgeous! I'm adding another PLEASE for the pattern...
add another vote, if you have the time... i love the stiff quality of the material, gives it such a sharp cool shape!
This dress looks amazing. I think that the stiff fabric gives it a high fashion look, kind of like sculpture. I wish wish wish i had the talent to draft my own patterns! I love it, great job!
Please upload this pattern. I love it!
Very stylish. I scond SewLikeCarolyn: The stiffer material makes it special. And another vote for the pattern.
Hi! This is beautiful - It would be great if you would post the pattern!!! Erin :)
It's another pretty please for the pattern from me! I love the use of fabric and line. I think it would great with docs...maybe I should pull out mine again!
I'm going to repeat what others said before me... the stiffnes of the fabric is great! I really like it much more than the original. And... please, could you upload the pattern? I love it!
Oh my god!!! I'm not that confident with what I did, to be releasing the pattern. I can do it, but I did MAJOR modifications on the dress while trying it on. Like I had to add the side bust darts because it was too wide, and lowered the shoulders, and changed the length of the skirt, because the back came out shorter (.... don't know why...) and all sorts of these things, so IF I will post the pattern, (which is, by the way, just the basic top with a "belt" part of 8 cm, that stops like 1cm above the natural waist, and a 6 panel skirt) please keep in mind: only my size, and will certainly need modifications. I just started pattern school...
