I found this fuschia and black stretch fabric in a thrift store and knew it was meant for something dated and slinky! I spiraled the fabric to make a fitted tube with an asymmetrical bottom hem. At the top, the halter ties gather fabric at the bust to give a fuller look and just a bit of cleavage!
