I got this coat from my mother. Although she is 20 cm smaller than me she somehow bought it so large that it wouldn't fit even myself. I had to rip almost all the seams open and i took like 4 cm away on the shoulders and the sides. I made it more fitted at the waist too. Then I bought some black leather and made the applications. I basted some parts by hand which was easier at the end. What is a bit a pity is that at the waist there are too many layers so it is a bit thick. And the pocket are half closed through the leather... I added an additional button at the collar too.
