Tuxedo-inspired trouser suit

Size_chart

Description

I've finished the trousers in this tuxedo-inspired suit! high waist = lots of hidden boning to keep it from wrinkling when a sit down, and they're so much more comfortable for it! See loads more photos and read more at http://www.fehrtrade.com/gallery/88/the-tuxedo-inspired-suit

Materials

100% wool navy blue suiting which my grandmother bought from the Pendleton mill in the 1960s and gave to me last August

Credits

almost on holidays with my honey!

The blue really shows off your hair colour well. Well done, I love the idea of a tux for women.

    feisty

Mirela - actually they're REALLY comfortable! You don't even notice the boning when they're on, it's flexible so it doesn't poke in to you or anything. It just keeps the waistband from wrinkling up, really, so they look just as good sitting down as they do when I'm standing up (damn I should've taken a seated photo!).
