    working on my new old machine

    I am so happy I looked at the creations, this pattern doesn't look like much on paper, but it is great realized, I am going to try this after a couple of the other patterns

    I have been looking at this dress for a while. Wasn't sure it was for me until I saw a dress in Mark by Avon that was really similar and love the look of. the dress I saw has 3/4 sleeves and the fullness falls just under the bust. How would I adjust the outer dress to do it this way?
