Description

This is my attempt for ownclose fitted model dress. What I've done: I've glued Lydia for the upper part and basic pencil skirt pattern for the lower part. The ruffles were my idea for adding an accent.

Materials

Knit fabric, ribbon

I don't really have any tips - the knit fabric is not so elastic, the red jersey, also. Maybe my machine don't has problems with sewing those type fabrics and I don't have expirience with really elastic ones.

This really is quite something. I think that is so awesome that you used two totally separate patterns and made such a cool dress out of it..!

Another great dress! Beautiful and such a perfect fit. I agree with Benedikta, totally awesome you combined 2 patterns - and your ruffle addition really makes it.

That is quite something! I've been looking for some way to turn the lydia into a sweater dress - fabulous!
