My gala dress

Size_chart

Description

A fancy party needs a fancy outfit. And so I made my own gala dress. I felt like the belle of the ball!

Materials

Black: silk taffeta, a pretty strong version, good quality. Whit: very strong white cotton blend I think it was. Not a very logical combo, but it worked!

    exploding with ideas.

Thank you! The dress certainly makes me feel like a star. The pattern I used is the New Look 6318. Unfortunately I don't have pictures of the back. It's a halter top, so the top part of the back is open. The halter parts come together behind the neck, with 2 buttons and opposite loops and there's a zipper running down the middle.
