These ended up going to a friend after my second daughter grew out of them. I made her some larger ones and she uses the odd disposable now but is potty training so hopefully will be in pants very very soon.

These are made from a pattern called 'Poo Pockets'. If you google the name there should be a number of suppliers that will show up.
