Our daughter , Amanda was married to Michael in September of 2006. We custom designed her gown and I made it for her. I also made the Bridesmaids and Flower Girl dresses. I included a photograph of a little fairy doll that I dressed to adorn the Guest Book.

Amanda's WeddingDescriptionMaterialsWe used a heavier weight acetate satin for Amanda's gown. Point d'esprit mesh lace for the bodice and I lined the outer skirt layer in blue China silk. I made a separate slip with the ruffled netting . Because the slip was so heavy with the tightly gathered netting ruffle, I attached it to a zippered "corset" with boning. Credits
