cotton skirt in 3 shades of green/blue. it is a simple skirt with 3 layers over. I designed the pattern myself with my measures, saw something similar somewhere I can't remember now. I had to resize it 3 times as I was apparently shrinking every time I tried it on after a few days. At fist I wanted it to have the different colors like stripes stitched together, but then I thought about how hard was to make the brown dress with two different pieces of fabric stitched in a round line, so I changed my mind and made the layers

I adore the colors. This is a great creation, very Mod. Good job!
very well done. nnice design
That is so beautiful! The colours are great. Your stitching must have been perfect because the curves fall just right, there's no puckering or stretching.
thank you. it wasn't hard to make it at all, the fabric was very easy to sew. Emilykate, you can see that the dark green curve has "sudden change of curve" where the horizontal part begins. Sometimes the sewing machine speeds up like crazy and I can't control the direction, it usually happens on the hardest part, go figure why....
So original! I love the colors and the sort of 60s look to it.
Oh that is so fun! Did you put in a zipper or is just pulled on? I'm wondering because I am having a hard time with zippers and looking for some ways around them!
Gorgeous design, I love basic shapes; and the colours are so cool and refreshing (it's been hot in Adelaide!). How would you feel about sharing the pattern?
Wow. I think this looks really futuristic, like a costume from a sci-fi film. Agreed, the stitching looks perfect. And lovely complement of colours!
Lovely! I like this!
