Description

Dress made from Desira top. I simply cut the front and back piece at the waistline. Added the belt and sew a round skirt to it. Simple. :-)

WOw-- your dress looks great!! I'm wondering, does the skirt part wrap, and if so, how did you secure it? If you have time it would be nice to see a "how-to"!
