pants not on fire

#9175 Product of Burda (8863) (6384)
Size_chart

Description

My second attempt at Nichola pants. the first one had too high of a waist, and i had to trim down the sides by .75inches each, although i am supposingly a 34. I guess i like my pants tighter! For this one i reduced the top of the pattern by 1.5 inches. but i am short.

Materials

pinstripe

    reconsidering summer sewing plans

I agree with Fashion1! I think the precise fit trousers should have (concerning both how high the waistband is and how tight they are), is really a matter of preference, and unfortunately, if you're substantially shorter or taller than the 1,68 m the pattern was drafted for, it's only getting more difficult. But you did a very good job!

I also made this pattern and had to take in the waist. After the alterations, I love my pants. Yours look good on you. Nice job!
