Velma Kelly costume!

Description

The challenge was to turn a blond aussie into velma kelly from chicago for a costume party - i did it with a leotard I bought, then sewed sequins, beads and various trim on to make a dress... thing.

Materials

leotard (bought) various trims, fringing, sequins.

    This came out great! You must be very happy with the result! Personally, I wouldn't be able to pull it off (chubby thighs) but it is perfect on you! You have the perfect body for the outfit!
