Description

I have only made jeans and corduroy trousers before, but now I decided to go for something different with this great pink and sand coloured tweed I bought on sale in spring. Really high waisted trousers with wide legs and a fly front (without waistband, I used a facing instead), partly lined (till a bit below the knee). I made the pattern myself, based on my trouser block.

Materials

pink and sand coloured wool chevron tweed, zipper, lining fabric

These are so gorgeous, I'd love to wear them with a crisp, white, large-collar shirt. You did an amazing job drafting th apattern- any chance you'd wanna upload it? I'd love to make some!

Gorgeous - I LOVE these. Even the "high waisted" pants they sell in stores lately end below your belly button. These are very Katharine Hepburn.
