casual dress

Description

i made this dress from burda 2007/10. i like it very much, so i think, i'm going to make another one;) i didn't make pockets, becouse the material is too light, so i thougt that pockets could deform the shape of the dress.

Materials

jersey, zipper.

    sewing Kasia.

I know this pattern and love the color you've chosen. (the nude-look has been one of my favourites last year!) I think I own exactly the same jersey fabric.

PS: I forgot you say that the color suits your skintone perfectly!

Absolutely beautiful. What pattern did you use exactly? Was it from Burda magazine or do you have a pattern number? It looks gorgeous on you. Nice job.

So pretty. I love the color too--very classic. Great job on the pleats. I've never sewn with knit before...

I'VE MADE THE SAME DRESS, ALSO FROM JERSEY, BUT WITH LONG SLEEVES. I AGREE WITH YOU, IT'S A WONDERFUL PATTERN AND I WILL ALSO PROBABLY MAKE ANOTHER ONE. ALSO I FOUND IT SO EASY TO MAKE, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S MADE FROM JERSEY. I WOULD AGREE ABOUT THE POCKETS...
