having fun with knits and sergers.

I like the look of the shrug-and-shirt in one.

    reconsidering summer sewing plans

I like it. It gives a really nice neckline and you used the pattern of the lace really well. Do I understand correctly that you had a problem inserting the stays (boning) in the bodice? If I want to make a boned bodice, I usually buy twill tape a little wider than the boning and sew it along the lines where the boning should go, and insert it in the channels created by the tape.

really nice top :) wish I had more time over for sewing.. and when I finally start up with something I often think "I'll do it another day".. And one would might think that I sew a lot when I am at a educational school at the clothing department.. (don't know if it is called that)
