This is the Azalea dress, my first Burda pattern. I had some trouble understanding the instructions for the yoke, and I ended up having to take it in an extra inch near the zipper side. I'm not sure if the size I used was too big; the dress feels a bit big, but I really like the design and it's mad comfy!

Azalea was my first burda pattern too but I have to say that I like yours better. I love your choice of fabric.
I like the combination of fabrics that you used-- very pretty and spring-like. And I have to admit I like the pattern much better, seeing it belted at the waist like that. Nice work!

This looks great! I also like your choice of fabrics and the belt:)
When I saw the pattern, I didn´t like it. The pictures of the model have not changed my mind. But YOUR version is so cute, and it shows the strength of that pattern, to show a really pretty body shape! Very nice!
How lovely! Makes me want to try out the pattern.
I must say i didn´like the pattern before, too. but more i see dresses like yours i want to make it, too! your azalea is beautiful!

I love your choice of fabric, your dress looks absolutely fantastic!
How much fabric did you juse whit this creation if i may ask?
I think I started with 2.5 yards for the yoke and under dress, and 2 yards for the outer dress. I probably had a bit extra because I am still not quite sure what I am doing. ; )
