Well, this is my Esther and I'm not sure I like it. I think it looks best on slimmer people, because it emphasizes all the "bad" areas. So if you're worried about the size of you behind (like I am), sew at you peril ;-). The later stage of the instructions were terrible. It took me ages to figure out what exactly I had to do.

Hey I like it on you and i like your fabric choice! it seems to be feminine, elegant, comfy, and very warm. If I were you I will add a brooch at the chest to make it brighter!
Good for you for working through the tricky parts!! i think it looks great on you:) The only thing really different on the original creation/model is the belt-- which i think might be important to the style...(?)
Hoaclin: Good idea, better start looking in those charity shops...:-) Kristen: I tried the belt (I made one from leftover fabric), but because my waist is quite high, it didn't look so good...:-(
Gilap, the piece is nicely made, but I agree that it is not the most flattering for the bum. Maybe it could be shortened a few inches? And thanks for posting this. It's really nice to see how things look on someone who's not a size 32!
