My Janina from the sew-along. I finally got around to taking them in a bit more on the sides and added some front pleats to take them in a little more. All in all I calculated that I took in the waist a total of 2.5 inches, and they still are a bit big! So, measure those Janina waistband pieces and make sure they match your measurements before you make these pants (which are really easy to make when you don't have to continually alter them!)

fairly thick linen/cotton (thrift store or yard sale), black piping (love those pockets!), and a thrifted button.
