The bow tie is making a comeback: from Kanye West and Farnsworth Bentley, to Stefano Gabbana and Viktor & Rolf, this classic is hot and works with a vast array of styles. Man, woman, or child, we think the bow tie has a place on pretty much everyone's neck. Be super creative and fun with your fabric choices, and spread the good cheer to all!

I love it! I have several nephews who will be getting one of these for Christmas.
Gorgeous! Love to see these made with fabric from old silk, regular, ties. Great retro fabric and they would be wide enough for heaps of cloth!
The model really has a great smile :)
where can i find the meatal sliders?
akpme1: You can buy bow tie hardware as a kit from many fabric stores, but they are usually a hook, eye and slide. (The hook and eye take the place of a second slide.) In more generalized stores with a fabric department, look near where bra-repair and belt hardware is stocked to find sliders.
Sew News magazine recommended Newark Dressmaker Supply (newarkdress.com or 800-736- 6783) as a mail order source for bow tie hardware a few years ago.
