I found this hat on Knitty.com and love the pattern because it is so very easy and quick to do. With it I can make a hat in a day and has become this year's christmas present for most of my friends. It is made of 5-7 triangular pieces (depending on head size) and the way the pieces are shaped gives it a nice poof when it is all put together. When I get my esty store going I will be specializing in making these hats the most, since I can get creative with colors and textures and still be finished relatively quickly.
