Sewing jacket lining

I remember long ago when I wanted to make something like that... I didn't. Maybe I should try again now, the problems haven't changed. :D And the choice of fabric is really lovely!

I have a question about the rod - how do you hang it up? The picture doesn't show how the rod is hanging - could you include instructions on how you put it up on the door?
