Description

I used McCalls 5513 to make this pattern. And I love it! Very, very pleased with how this turned out.

Materials

3 yards black wool, 2 1/2 yards green corduroy for the lining, 2 yards medium-weight interfacing, 8 one-inch buttons.

    busy moving to a new apt

    I like it a lot!!! was it hard to make? I whish I could make one myself, I keep on seeing jackets/coats like this one in all the shops in milan. very beautiful and perfect!

    Don't worry about it, Kapo! Thanks for all the nice comments, y'all. I wouldn't say it was super hard to make - the instructions on the McCalls pattern are quite clear. The only part that was fiddly was the skirt, with the pleats and the gathers at the bottom - but nothing difficult.
