I made this dress as a practice piece in super cheap royal blue broadcloth. It looks kind of shapeless on the hanger, I need to take a picture of me wearing it.

Violet, that looks terrific, and I love the color too!
Um -- noob question -- does this mean it's OK to upload creations from vintage patterns or ones you've altered a lot? Because I'm working on a top I'd really like to share, but I've changed the pattern so much I wouldn't be able to share it.
Sorry, it's probably a dumb question, but I'm having a lot of trouble learning about the site with all the technical difficulties & thought I'd ask a real person.
Mmicare, I don't know if it's OK or not; I just assumed it was and went ahead and uploaded it :)
Although there's a commercial company behind the website it seems that's it's open to all kinds of creative ideas. I don't see how there could be any copyright issues either, but on the other hand I don't know much about that kind of stuff.
I surely hope that there's no problem with using vintage patterns. I'm working very, very slowly on a pattern draft from the "La Couturiere Parisienne" website. When I get it fine-tuned and drawn off, the fun begins. Violet, That is such a rich color. Bet it clashes w/your plumbing fixtures! Cordially, Nehmah
