Here is my Turtle neck batwing top. The idea for this top came about after Lydia (Polychromatin) and I were inspired by a batwinged top we had seen another member (tmac). The neckline is from the Anda pattern and the Bishop sleeves are adapted from a vintage dress pattern (the yellow sleeves in the 3rd pic are literally just sleeves I cut off from a Primark top). You can also wear the top both ways - great for getting dressed in the winter time now the mornings are dark!

Wow, I totally love this... I also wanna have a shirt like this - it's awesome!
Wow! I'm impressed that you did this out of the Anda pattern.
Hey you are fast! Your shirt looks great on you.
lol, i'm not that fast! I made a number of things in one go and then my computer broke so I couldn't take proper pics and upload them- here i'm at work, and there's an in-built camera in the monitor!
cute and comfy! great for the cold season coming up.
Really cool!
I love it - I love it - I love it! I have something similar (the only thing is that I bought it - didn't attempt sewing it). Excellent job!
This is so cool! Want to make this also by myself! nice job!
Ahh, you make blush, because mine does never look half as good as yours :D I love how yours turned out! The wide cuffs were definitely a good idea! Looks great on you! Btw: I saved the creation under my favorites: The original top is from tmac.
Cool, thanks Lydia (i'm sure yours will be great! everything you make is always so neat!), I have updated the description, and thank you all for the comments again!bx
Very beautiful! The white fabric is perfect for this top and the fit is fantastic!
Looks great. Great use of the Anda pattern.
Love it, it's adorable!!! Very good job!! Love fabric and worship part around waist... Beautiful!!!
i love it! i want one and I have the perfect fabric for it! adorable :)
It was only a few days ago when I thought about making a shirt like this: Wide tight-fitting waist part and cuffs, loose sleeves and upper part of the shirt :) But I haven’t had any time to sew that yet, but this looks cool so maybe I will soon!
