That's gorgeous embroidery. Did you have a pattern for that? Where from? Or did you make that up?

whats that beautiful little rose-like stitch that you used for the curls in her hair called? you should do a tutorial on embroidery stitches.

They're called French Knots, one of my favorites. Thanks for the comments! A good book for embroidery is 'A-Z of Embroidery Stitches' It's a Quilters' Resource publication. It is really almost all you need to learn how to embroider.
