This jacket is so pretty! For some reason I tend to stay away from fabrics like this one. I guess I don't have the vision. Anyway, after seeing this one I think I will have to try using a checked wool. Happy sewing!

I like the ruffles. They give a femininity to an otherwise masculine style and fabric.
