crochet hats

Size_chart

Description

Although I've been sewing on and of for years (until getting really fanatic about a year ago), I have only recently started to learn how to knit and crochet. Nothing really wearable came from the knitting so far, but I have crochetted these two hats. I like hats and they make nice quick projects for a beginner like me. The cloche has two small flowers and one big one on the side, but you can hardly see them in the picture. Both were finished before but had to be unraveled and redone, the cap because I messed up the half trebble crochet rows, the cap because it turned out way too big, so I had to adept the pattern.

Materials

black 'tweed' wool/polyesther blend (for the cloche), brown wool/acrilic blend for the cap

Credits

book by Nicki French on learning crochet for the cloche, garnstudio.com for the cap (they've got loads of free patterns, in a lot of languages)
