Last week we asked how you would style The Jackie Dress variation from our new book BurdaStyle Sewing Vintage Modern. The BurdaStyle team styled their ideal Jackie Dress here and we chose three lucky members to win a copy of our new book. Check out our interpretations of their styles below!

lauramae would wear her Jackie Dress to the office, or for a night out on the town!

RachelFrancesca would wear her Jackie Dress on her next flight to look super glamorous!

lmpneely would transform her Jackie Dress from classic to modern by sewing it in a large scale abstract print fabric in black & white!

Congratulations to the three lucky winners!

I think between the Burdastyle Vintage book and Colette’s Laurel, there’s going to be a lot of shifts this summer.NFL Snapback Hats

These are some really cute ideas. I think between the Burdastyle Vintage book and Colette’s Laurel, there’s going to be a lot of shifts this summer.

I know the Elizabeth is massively popular, but I’d love to see you guys produce some summer shift variations. I really enjoyed Jilleighlum’s cold weather versions from the Burda pattern with the french darts (gorgeous). I assume you probably have the next 3 or so months already planned out, but I thought I’d just put it out there :)

@heidilea awesome! I can’t wait to see them! I sketched out some ideas for shifts today. I have no idea if I’ll get around to making them, but hopefully I’ll get my sewing mojo back ;)

Thanks! I really only have about 6 or 7 ideas, probably will make two. I’ve just gotten my mojo back, so the contest came at the right time!

@jilleighlum those are pretty cute! I think the rest of this year is going to be dominated by the no waist look, whether it’s a 1960s or a 1920s revival :)
