Enjoy a weekend in with this all new collection. Cozy shawl collars, go anywhere trousers, and two essential dresses wrap you in cozy comfort. These designs are from the November 2014 issue of Burda Style magazine.

Make this stretchy fitted dress in a neutral for the office or a brighter print for dates. The square neckline shows off your decolletage in a more demure way than a V or sweetheart neckline, so this is a great pick for work or professional events.

_123

This sweatshirt gets some extra style from an attached scarf draped around the V neckline. Cuffs keep you warm. Make it in a slubby knit jersey for the ultimate cozy comfort.

_128

Upgrade your loungewear in these Fitted Sweatpants with a slim fitting hip yoke and zipper. Sweatshirting and an elastic waistband makes them nice and comfy.

_124

Spend all day in this loose Jersey Dress with Scarf. To take it out for lunch or dinner, just cinch the waist with a wide belt and add a pair of boots.

_125

This soft boucle Ruffle Cardigan is so pretty and cozy, you’ll never want to take it off. A ruffled edging makes it special enough to wear out of the house with leggings and a tunic.

_126

Fine viscose has soft drape in this pretty Bow Neck Dress. Two long scarves are tied to create a full bow that sets off the plunging V neckline. A little slit in the front hem is the finishing touch.

Spend a cozy weekend inside in style with this collection. It’s comfortable for lounging, but you’ll still look put together if you pop out for brunch or coffee.

Happy sewing!

All of the items with scarves have horrible, dropped shoulders. It looks as though the dress/sweatshirt/top is pulled off the shoulders, too large so they look very stretched. Is this maybe because the model is too small for the pattern; would it fit better on a larger body? From experience I know that a properly fitting shoulder is much more flattering to larger sizes.

Lovely styles on a skinny model – wonder how it would lokk on a plus size body?

The collars with scarves and the ruffled cardigan are ideal for this cooler weather. Good idea to have the neck warm! Love the purple tones in the collection.
