hi i'm brand new and a novice my sewing machine i got rid of i'm going to get a new one it's difficult when you don't have a buddy but i do have a friend and i hope when i get the sewing machine she will come. i wanted to make the infinity and/or convertable dress. your blog said to suggest new patterns well i would suggest to look at the convertable dresses on several sites they are easy i think if you put the steps and a beginner and novice like me would feel extra confident if you would show us how to make these dresses e.g.,http://www.pouchmom.com it's a dress for maternity that does not look like a maternity dress it has a two tiered look that turns into other looks. also on the SITE butter by NADIA i suggest BURDA TEACH US NOVICES HOW TO MAKE THE SET OF PERFECT dresses that travel well because they are all convertable the BUTTER BY NADIA site has: the JESSICA, TIFFANY, VERENA TOP, NINA DRESS, THEY CALL the convertible or infinity dress the JERSEY WRAP DRESS. so please to help out us sewers make a perfect travel wardrobe grouping of dresses that are somewhat simple look into checking out these sites.

Thanks for giving us the chance to vote for our favorite creation! The problem is I think that most people will look only at very recent creations. I'd like to vote for an older creation but I'm afraid few people will remember it. Maybe there should be a thread where members could list favorite creations for other members to look at...

Peaudane, depending on results we will definitely consider posting all stuff send in somewhere. For now I just really want to know where people are leaning towards.

Since we are at this point working on introducing a slide show feature, maybe there is a chance (if it is in time) that we are launching it with it.
