    Hi Tiffany,

    From the rules, "2. Eligibility: Only persons over the age of eighteen (18) years as of the date of entry who are located in and legal residents of the United States (excluding Arizona) or other jurisdictions in which the contest is legally permissible at the time of entry are eligible to enter. "

    The part in bold above indicates that people from other countries may participate, as long as their countries has no laws stating that their residents may not participate in contests held in other countries. There are so many countries, too many for us to check, so we leave this up to the entrant. It is generally allowed though!
