I remember that this tutorial was available for free on the German site. Also: Charging people to learn how to use the product you sold to them. Hmmm… more than a bit cheap in my opinion.

Sounds like the US version pattern sheets aren’t as condensed as the international version. What luxury! Too bad I already have most of the designs from past international editions.

Not only that, they are seriously charging to show how to use a product that you pay for? Ridiculous.

You can always try to figure it out on your own like a lot of us outside the US do. A bit more work, but totally doable :-)

I used to think it ridiculous too that Vogue Pattern magazine doesn’t come with any patterns. I’d pay for the magazine and if I liked a design I’d still have to fork out a fortune for the pattern. (It was before the internet, and I didn’t know any place that had commercial patterns marked down for a few dollars. So I was paying full price for Vogue Designer patterns.)

If someone has to pay 16.99 for a video on how to trace a pattern, I feel really sorry for this person. Russian edition of Burda used to have instructions on tracing patterns in every issue…

Uhm, this just talks about how to find the pattern pieces. Nothing about actually tracing.
