It is important to us that your sewing experience isn’t muddied by poor instructions. If you have purchased a pattern and feel that the instructions are not sufficient please contact us. We are happy to help!

It is music to my ears to read that Burda take the quality of their instructions very seriously and really do monitor them and act on their findings.

Only yesterday I was complaining to a friend about the quality of the manual of a very top brand of digital radio. Amazingly she had also had the same problem with the same instructions! Let me tell you we are both extremely annoyed.

So please keep up the quality of those instructions. We expect clear instructions. We don’t like wasting fabric, money or time that bad instructions bring. They make sewing stressful. Congratulations on you perseverance and standards.
