The latest pattern bundle has nine beautiful vintage reissues, all for $24.99! You’ll love the Retro Classics pattern collection.

Vintage patterns are always popular favorites on, and it’s easy to see why. The classically feminine shapes, structured seamlines, and detailed finishings make these designs that stitchers come back to year after year! Take a trip back in time with these patterns from the 1950s and 60s, including three dresses, a pair of shorts, a bikini, jacket, two blouses, and a pantsuit. Each one is updated with modern fabrics and measurements for today’s vintage divas, pin-up queens, and history buffs. You can mix and match for a full period wardrobe every day, or keep them on hand for when you need just a little extra glamour.

With it’s structured shape, knotted detail, and lace trim, this Retro Bikini has the same bombshell style of Elizabeth Taylor’s iconic bra top in the movie Giant. Throw on a pair of high waisted shorts and some wedges, and you’ll be the best dressed woman at any local pool.

We’re also loving the dresses in this collection, like the Vintage Boucle Dress. The modest neckline and fitted knee length skirt are simply elegant. It’s a sophisticated silhouette for fans of Audrey Hepburn or Ingrid Bergman.

Of course, vintage style isn’t just about wiggle dresses. You’ll also find casual daytime patterns for a mod vintage pantsuit and the Retro Short Coat. These pieces let you keep that retro flair when you’re running around town doing some errands or shopping.

We’re so excited to introduce this collection and get a new generation of sewers started with vintage patterns. Once you work your way through all nine, you might even be inspired to dust off those vintage patterns at the thrift store!

Check out all the included patterns in the Retro Classics pattern collection in the Interweave Store, and get yours for only $24.99. That’s more than 50% savings over buying them individually!

Happy sewing!

Do you think I can cheat and use the 133 Vintage dress as a 1950’s evening dress? I’m looking for a pattern from that era for an event and I haven’t found one that I like. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
